ClimAvTech at ILA Berlin 2024

HESTIA was presented by Ruud Eggels (Rolls-Royce Deutschland)

HESTIA participated in a public session organised by the ClimAvTech cluster at ILA Berlin next week!

After an introduction by CINEA - European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency, the session provided a global overview of EU-funded sustainable aviation research projects working on non-electric and electric-assisted propulsion. Two roundtables discussed challenges of hydrogen combustion, storage and distribution as well as possible synergies between propulsion systems.
